Wall Street closes a volatile week as investors ease concerns about banks and the economy. The Dow rises 66.74 to 13176.79, the S&P 500 gains 7.59 to 1458.74, and the Nasdaq adds 18.73 to 2637.24 amid mixed banking sector signals.
