Security official warns of disguise risk on flight mask
U S Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano voiced concern alongside Canadian officials about a young Chinese man aboard an Air Canada flight in Hong Kong who used a highly detailed silicone mask to appear elderly. Border services noted the concealment and the passenger, now seeking refugee status, was met by officials in Vancouver. Public Safety Minister Vic Toews called the case troubling as US and EU efforts push for better passenger data and screening.
