Miss Fontana and Victor Crepeau Wed in Ceremony

Mr and Mrs Christopher L Fontana announce the marriage of their daughter Mary Elizabeth to Capt Victor F Crepeau son of Mr and Mrs R O Crepeau of Schenectady New York. The ceremony was held Saturday. The bride attended Coe College and graduated from the University of Iowa last June. Capt Crepeau is also a graduate of the university.

The couple will reside in Oelwein where Mr Stasi works with Calcium Carbonate Company in Aurora.

Members of the Buchanan P T A held their annual dinner for teachers Tuesday at the Woman's club. Flags of many nations decorated the tables while United Nations week served as the theme. Otto Baasch of Clinton, recently touring Europe, spoke on Something to Think About. Over 100 attended.

Queen Esther circle meets at Mrs Paulson home

The Queen Esther circle of the King's Daughters met Tuesday at 2249 Grande avenue SE for a dessert luncheon. Mrs Charles Kidd assisted and Mrs C Harold Scott gave devotions. The circle voted to purchase linens for the girls at Children's Home and to provide each girl with a small allowance and Christmas gift. Members will contribute to the swimming pool fund for the King's Daughters camp.
