Trial canceled in ISU crew club drowning settlement pending

A Story County judge denied ISU's dismissal. the family of Yaakov Ben-David is part of a pending settlement with the state and ISU officials over the March 28 2021 Little Wall Lake drowning. If approved, the accord would end the lawsuit tied to wrongful death and negligence claims from the Novice crew crash.
