Iowa judge refuses to block abortion restriction

A Polk County judge declined to halt the new abortion restrictions as Gov Branstad prepared to sign. Planned Parenthood and the ACLU plan an appeal to the Iowa Supreme Court, seeking to delay implementation until the case is decided at trial.
