Iowa Supreme Court Backs Three Point Tax Law Passage
The Iowa high court ruled the three point tax law including sales and net income taxes was constitutionally passed by the legislature. The ruling supports a Marshall county decision that the law followed proper legislative channels and raises questions about other measures still in appeal. Ray P. Scott of Marshalltown brought the case.
