Suspended $100 Fine On Larceny Charge Given

Young Man Denies Larceny Charge in District Court
Algy Long, 19, of Vinton pled not guilty before Judge F O Ellison on a larceny charge filed by County Attorney G K Thompson. Bond set at 600 dollars. Long allegedly took tools from a farm building at the Lloyd Newman place near Toddville on November 13. Long had previously pled not guilty on a bicycle theft charge and was held under 1500 dollars bond.

A motion for new trial and exceptions to instructions have been filed in a $15,000 personal injury case brought by LaVern Mullarky against Martin D. Vanourny and Norwith Vanourny.
