William Horlick Jr. filed a claim for 136000 against the estate of his sister Maybelle Horlick Sidley, whose will was recently challenged in county court by William Horlick Sidley. An out of court settlement ended the hearing as Toronto lawyer W. Perkins Bull renounced a one third share of the residuary estate. Sidley’s holdings were valued at 3 to 4 million dollars.
