Four Kittens Rescued From Cedar Rapids Fire on Doubletree Road
A grease fire on a gas grill caused a Tuesday night blaze at 7007 Doubletree Rd NE Cedar Rapids. Fire damaged the deck roof attic and second floor. Four kittens were rescued with no injuries reported and occupants displaced. Propane gas leaked from a disconnected hose but the tank did not explode.
