Cabman Identifies Wendel During Parker Hauptmann Trial
In Newark a taxi driver named Philip Moses rushed the courtroom to point at Paul H Wendel, the government's star witness, shouting that he was the man. Moses, also an adagio dancer, testified Condon rode in his cab for the Lindbergh ransom payment and that he saw a man jump a cemetery wall.
