Probation Denied in Iowa Slaying Case of Jacoby

Linn District Judge Robert Osmundson sentenced Jacoby to up to eight years in the Rockwell City reformatory for the manslaughter conviction in the shooting death of her husband Douglas Jacoby. The jury of eight women and four men had found her guilty after about nine hours of deliberation.
