Historic Cobban mansion becomes seven rental units in Marion
The former Cobban mansion, a 1938 addition amid an early boom of impressive dwellings, was turned into seven apartments by co owners, with units from one to three bedrooms renting from 995 to 1300 dollars. The restoration preserves era detailing like brick walls and barn door style features while adding modern amenities.

Alternatives to colonoscopy for cancer screening today
Reading about colon cancer screening options, seniors can consider stool tests like FIT and Cologuard as at home options with varying accuracy. FIT offers about 80 percent cancer detection while Cologuard detects around 92 percent of cancers though only 42 percent of large precancerous polyps. colonoscopy remains the most accurate. A new Shield blood test, not yet FDA approved, shows promise by detecting over 80 percent of cancers but is not widely covered by insurers.
