CLARINDA AP Former National Farmers Organization organizer Jay Loghry 58 reportedly shot himself in the neck with a shotgun at a nursing home then drove away. Sheriff Stanley Edgar led a search across eastern Page and western Taylor counties Tuesday night and Wednesday as the hunt continued with family hiring a plane for aid. Authorities found no bleeding indication and noted Loghry’s role in a dispute with NFO officials after his services with the group ended.
