Teenager with gun takes hostages at federal prison
Lonnie Wayne, 18, of Fort Worth held five people hostage at a federal correctional institution to push for renewed capital punishment. He demanded to see the warden and attempted to shoot, but surrendered after about an hour. He faces assaulting a federal officer and bringing a firearm into a federal building. Bond set at $35,000.
