Two C R. nominees named for Iowa appeals seat
Five candidates including Patricia Fetzer of Cedar Rapids and Judge August Hansell Jr. of Cedar Rapids were proposed by the State Judicial Nominating Commission for the Iowa Court of Appeals seat. Gov Branstad has 30 days to choose. Other nominees are Landess Sackett and Strickler. The panel adds a sixth judge with travel expense changes.
