Washington AP Texas Congressman James M. Collins said he had no knowledge of an eighteen thousand nine hundred dollar kickback scheme tied to his former aide George A. Ha ug who was found guilty on twenty counts of mail fraud two counts of using falsified payroll forms and one count of obstructing justice The jury verdict came as Ha ug faced sentencing under Judge Oliver Gasch with potential five year maximum but lawyers expected a lighter sentence An appeal is planned and no date was set for sentencing
