Rohn invokes Fifth Amendment in murder case link

Rohn’s attorney argues testimony against Farris could trigger charges against Rohn for murder of the boys and accessory after the fact in Miss May’s death. At Friday’s hearing Rohn claimed the right against self incrimination for questions about the November 15 May apartment killings. The judge allowed answers up to the stabbing detail, excluding post death events and Farris comments, and noted the Fifth Amendment applies. The Farris trial is set to begin Tuesday in Newton after a venue change to Jasper County due to Rohn trial publicity.
