Mexico marks five years of the Mexico Rehabilitation Institute aiding more than six thousand amputees and paraplegics. Don Romulo O Farrill, injured in a Swiss accident, led to the founding this hospital and factory complex in Tlalpan, providing free care to most patients and producing orthopedic devices and car radios for export. The facility operates with private support, 400 staff, and a goal of guiding the handicapped to full moral and material rehabilitation.
