Fire regulator fault destroys Manchester book shop

Michael Anthony Petra, 30, of Waterloo, hanged himself with a mattress cover in a Benton County Jail cell shortly after midnight Tuesday. He had a history of mental health issues per his father and faced first degree robbery and burglary charges from an October arrest in Keystone.
