Heating aid available for low income families this winter

Low income households can apply for home heating assistance through HACAP and other community programs. Eligibility includes a four person income limit of 5306 for three months or 21225 for a year. Applications run through April 15 with varying payments from 250 to 490. Local HACAP offices and regional agencies list provided.
