Cedar Rapids teen pleads to murder conspiracy in McCune killing
Tramontez Lockett 18 pleads to second degree murder conspiracy and first degree theft in the 2023 fatal shooting of 16 year old Michael Alexander McCune. He faces up to 60 years with concurrent and consecutive terms. Others involved include Dante Irvin Baynon Berry Devin Gardner with varied sentences. Lockett admitted discussions about luring McCune outside and others opening fire. Sentencing set for March 24.
