Alburnett Board Changes Rockwood Scholarship Details
Alburnett High School will award a one year rockwood scholarship for the class of 2010 rather than four semesters. The change, approved Feb 16, aims to honor Dora Cumley’s wish to support as many students as possible for as long as possible. The district notes stock market losses and rising college costs as factors and will divide funds among qualifying seniors.
