Thursday lunches at Pastor Phil's draw Washington H S teens
For seven years each Thursday, 75 to 100 teens from Washington High School and nearby churches gather at Pastor Phil Rogers parsonage to share home cooked meals. Youth pastors Rogers and Pitts fund the lunches with congregation donations, aiming to foster community and provide a safe off campus hangout.
