The Linn County Blues Society and Isle of Iowa Parrot Head Club host the 10th annual Blues n Buffett Chili Challenge at the Cedar Rapids Marriott from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday to benefit H D Youth Center and Community Health Free Clinic. Admission 7 dollars. 65 and older 5. under 6 free.
