William M. Valentine 71 of 2222 First Ave NE Cedar Rapids died Thursday at Americana Healthcare Center after a long illness. He operated Sunshine Markets Sun Marts Inc for 25 years and was active in Kenwood Park United Methodist Church and several fraternal organizations. He is survived by his wife Barbra, a son Jon A. of Des Moines, a daughter Beverly McClintock of Des Moines, ten grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Services 11 a.m. Saturday at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Burial Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials to Kenwood Park United Methodist Church or American Parkinson Disease Association.
