Culinary Cornerstones trains homeless to total person growth
Knight Ridder reports Kansas City Community Kitchen graduates first class from Culinary Cornerstones a 12 week program for jobless and homeless. Students gain NAC certification and nutrition guidance while learning life skills and receiving stipends. Next class starts January with fifteen enrollments.
