A 21 year old Cedar Rapids woman Kathy Flaugh was found dead Tuesday morning at 1508 Avenue NE by her landlady. The body was discovered at 7 48 a m. An autopsy was to be performed to determine the cause of death. The body was found in the bedroom.

The FDA said tests found unacceptable mercury levels in 23 percent of a nationwide tuna sample. About one million cans were withdrawn in phase one while the agency plans to test every lot and remove all above 0.5 parts per million.
