Community food bank offers free holiday meal
Johnson County residents can receive a free holiday meal through Project Holiday now in its 37th year. The Community Food Bank plans to feed more than 1,500 families with $30 donations funding each meal. Meals include a meat or vegetarian entree with sides and are distributed on a first come, first served basis December 16 through 21 at Pepperwood Plaza Iowa City with no registration required.
