School Boards Plan Pay Meetings Across Iowa
DES MOINES IDPA The Town Assn of School Boards will hold 10 meetings across the state next month to discuss teachers pay. Blythe Conn the association's executive secretary says a new dimension on money and the relationship to price controls and local tax and per pupil spending will be examined. The talks aim to guide 1972 73 salary determinations with emphasis on management practices including fixed longevity increments and tenure, and differential within staff based on assignment and performance.
