Court backs rejection of drinker's suit in Iowa case
The Iowa Court of Appeals rejected Nathan Hageman's negligence suit against Sportsman Inn owner Lew is J. Meyer and co defendant Melanie Sabelka for serving him alcohol while underage. The ruling follows a separate decision upholding Gina Saxton's 365 day sentence for aggravated child endangerment and a ruling granting Novak Heating a $3,451 award for shipping damage.
