Bump Run Concerns Len Dawson and Jets Prep
Kansas City quarterback Len Dawson, in his 10th pro year, studies the Jets film for Monday night’s nationally televised game. He notes the Jets have established a bump and run defense, with cornerbacks and a strong safety pressing receivers. Al Woodall led New York to an all 14 victory over the Giants last week, while John Riggins, Emerson Boozer, and Matt Snell powered ground gains.
