Gary D. Sieck, 28, of Cedar Rapids, was thrown from his motorcycle when it collided with a car driven by Larry Covington, 28, at 11th Street and 15th Avenue SW. Sieck received aid at St. Luke's Hospital then released. he faces a charge of failure to yield to a vehicle on the right.

Gas group denies front for decontrol campaign
