Keokuk Man’s Body Recovered From Quarry Swim
A 23 year old Keokuk man, identified as Paul Southworth, drowned in Harts Quarry 44 miles west of Keokuk. Rescue workers from the Keokuk Volunteer Emergency Corps found his body at 2:58 a.m. Thursday after a call that one of four swimmers hadn’t resurfaced.
