Poduska poised to clinch first MCA Hobby Stock title
Poduska, a first year standout from Center Point, leads the MCA Hobby Stock standings at Hawkeye Downs with a 37 point edge over Terry Shaffar as four races remain. The 28-year-old Intermecia Cedar Rapids software engineer has posted four wins and consistently high finishes in 11 starts while building a championship resume and reflecting on a two-man cruiser past with crew chief Brad Dvorak’s brother, Brian.
