Linn County LIFTS to Start Regular Rural Transit

Regular Linn County LIFTS service resumes September 4 linking northern towns with Cedar Rapids and each other from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with nine stops. The line targets increased ridership and regional ties, charging 1.50 for general riders and 75 cents for disabled, with special fares and transfer points at Ground Transportation Center Lindale Mall and Marion downtown.
