Distracted driving case ends with five-year supervised probation
Kristi Brown died and Chris Brown was injured after a crash linked to Drake Brezina’s phone use. In Johnson County court, Judge Chad Kepros rejected prison and imposed five years of supervised probation with an emphasis on Brezina speaking publicly about the dangers of distracted driving to prevent further tragedy.
