Gloria Steinem era publication reborn as Ms. The World of Women charges $4.50 per issue and $40 yearly for a bimonthly, no-ad magazine, prompting questions about value given the absence of advertising and limited distribution. The column also critiques government cost reporting and lampoons the CRAPPIES acronym contest in Cedar Rapids.
