Wilton A. Dodge walked out of the Brevard County Jail with his parents after DNA testing cleared him of a 1980s rape charge. The 42 year old had served 22 years in prison before prosecutors and the judge ordered new testing under a 2001 DNA retest law. State Attorney Norm Wolfin ger credited DNA with correcting the case. The victim was 17 at the time of the assaults.
