Trials set for Justin Marshall murder case in Iowa City

A second trial for Justin Marshall, convicted of first degree murder in 2013 for the 2009 fatal shooting of John Versyot, is scheduled for September with a Sept 27 date and Sept 16 pretrial. A $1 million bond remains. the dates may shift per defense considerations.
