Plagman Steps Down After 35 Years At Washington High
In Cedar Rapids hundreds of Washington High students parents and alumni rallied Wednesday to honor Ralph Plagman 72 who announced retirement amid allegations of mishandled investigations and a scandal involving a substitute teacher who claimed a student sex with her.
