Linn County seeks input on wind project policy changes
Linn County Planning & Zoning will hear proposed ordinance amendments for utility scale wind projects on May 20 and will forward a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors. Public comment will be allowed and the final decision rests with the supervisors. Draft amendments, including setbacks and wildlife mitigation, are posted on linncountyiowa.gov with feedback due by 5 p.m. May 10.
