Court OKs Corporal Punishment in Public Schools

UPI reports the commerce department data show personal income up 1.7 percent in March, the second largest monthly rise on record. Wages and salaries climb $13.7 billion as hours worked rebound, while construction starts hit a four year high and industrial output rises 1.4 percent.
