Monticello School District Superintendent Joe Pacha, 46, will replace Glen Easterday as Linn-Mar superintendent. Easterday retires June 30 after 20 years. Pacha, Monticello’s chief administrator since 1990, will take a three year term at 77500 dollars. He cites opportunity in a larger district and notes Monticello bond issues and strategic planning as major prior work.
