Vikings' Kramer battles alcohol and returns to life
Vikings quarterback Tommy Kramer discussed his voluntary treatment for alcoholism after entering a California hospital on March 3 and finishing in June. He thanked the Vikings, fans, and fiancée Carrie Bandler, saying treatment helped him physically and spiritually. He plans to stay sober, marry in June, and believes the team will support athletes facing problems.
