An Osage woman, Dorothy E. Haugen, 81, died at the scene when her car collided with an eastbound semi on Raymond Road near Evansdale in Black Hawk County. Driver Robert J. Cartney of Cedar Falls was uninjured. a passenger, Mabel Quisling, 82, of Clear Lake, was hospitalized in good condition.
