On August 20 13 between Washakie and Natrona county officials an agreement allowed Natrona to pay Washakie tax on a valuation of 27400 for equal general and serious tax distribution. The tax levy amounting to 190.19 was to be paid via a certificate of indebtedness drawn on Natrona county treasurer to Washakie county treasurer. Boarded without date. W. Conner chairman.
