Man Held Over Forgery Case in January Hearing
Sheriff Jose Sheffner brought Leon Guinard to Casper after locating him in Fullerton Nebraska on forgery charges. Guinard confessed and awaits the district court term beginning the second Tuesday in January for his hearing.
