Officer Darragh corralled a group of Italian railway laborers after a knife fight near the railway bridge. Several men were cut and needed stitches after a quarrel over placing a hand car on track while a train neared. Justice Rochussen fined one man $50.

Boat Race on the Lake Between Asprey and Sandner

The deputy sheriff sale of the Gaine Roy stock has been postponed for a week. Next Thursday the Ladies Aid meets at Mrs George K Stocker’s residence with refreshments.
