R H Hill & Co sold about 10,000 pounds of wool on Monday to Joseph Zeigler a commission merchant from Anderson, accompanied by Inspector Krauss of Columbia City. Yost exchanged greetings with visiting Indianapolis guests and local friends.
On Tuesday afternoon at her North Walnut Street home Mrs C. Henley hosted a gathering in honor of her sister Miss Josephine Beebee of Chicago. Attending were Lillian Henley Bertha Henley Mabelle Johnson Mabelle Gear Bertha Hill Naomi White Nellie McCorkle Rema Stone and Dollie Henley of Portland. Delightful refreshments were served with assistance from little Miss Aurelia Steels.
