Carthage Opens School Year with Unity and Plans
Carthage public schools begin a new era of progress led by Christian teachers. Supt. Walker stresses training and parental cooperation, a truancy plan with calls to guardians, and orderly campus rules. The opening includes services at both Carthage and Booker T. Washington schools, library ties, athletic emphasis, and details on staff, enrollment, and janitorial changes.
